The Internet Governance Forum (IGF) kicks off this week in Istanbul, on Tuesday 2 Sept 2014.
On the evening of Sept 01, Tactical Tech is co-hosting Disco-tech Istanbul: a peer-learning event on censorship and circumvention, problems and solutions for internet rights, together with the Association for Progressive Communications (APC), and the World Wide Web Foundation (Web Foundation).
