"For many authoritarian states, social media can present the ultimate threat: anti-regime discourse and dissent from the party line", reports Techpresident. But this hasn’t, apparently, stopped many despots from taking to Facebook, Twitter and Instagram themselves -- to make announcements, spread propaganda... and sometimes just to post snaps of their holiday.
