TRIBUTES TO AARON SWARZ

After the suicide of internet activist Aaron Swarz, who was being prosecuted for alleged hacking to download millions of academic articles from a private database, many tributes flooded in. These are some of our favourites.

And in light of the continuing prosecution of many other internet activists like Swarz, this article asks: "why is the US prosecuting in such draconian fashion?"
